Security
Moderate. Exhibitor warrants that Images of Conflict/Celebrations of Peace, as well as all packing crates and other packing material, while in Exhibitor’s possession, will be covered by adequate casualty and liability insurance, in an amount of at least $25,000.
Conditions
The temperature should not go above 80 degrees Fahrenheit whether during transit, storage, or exhibit. The exhibit should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be in a humidity-controlled setting.
Shipping
The show is shipped UPS. Exhibitor is responsible for all shipping costs of the exhibit to and from their gallery.
Rental Fee
The rental fee for the exhibit is $5,000. This allows the Exhibitor to have the exhibit for up to ten weeks, including shipping time.
